John Lauria has more than 35 years of experience exclusively in audits of governmental entities. He has led audits in all areas of government, inclusive of agreed upon procedures. John has been active in the registered municipal accountant arena in New Jersey and is highly recognized for his expertise in the New Jersey governmental audit profession. He has also conducted agreed upon procedures engagements for a variety of governmental entities and conducts regular governmental CPE classes on a variety of governmental topics.
John joined the Firm from the merger of McEnerney, Brady & Co. LLC. He is known industry-wide for his skill in conducting Uniform Guidance and program-specific audits.
John leads audits for local school boards in New Jersey. He also provides consulting services, including forensics support to municipalities, state authorities and school boards.
