  - 10:45 a.m. This session will explore the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (
 LIHTC) program\, which has been essential in creating affordable housing to
  date and increasing affordable housing stock. While LIHTC is a federal pro
 gram\, its allocation is managed by state agencies which means the rules ca
 n vary by state. Jennifer will discuss the nuances and challenges involved 
 in navigating the program.</p>
