Matt will be speaking in the ESG Discussion Panel from 9:30 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. He will be discussing the growing importa nce of ESG for companies\, regulators and investors. Topics to be discussed include leading green building compliance programs\, reporting and disclos ure and regulatory updates.
Samuel will be speaking in the Real Estat e Track Co-ops & Condos Technical Session from 1:15 p.m. - 1:40 p.m. He wil l be discussing topics specific to co-ops and condominiums including how to read co-op and condominium financial statements\, recent tax updates and w ill further address recent FANNIE MAE and FREDDIE MAC regulations on co-op and condo loans.
