Todd has over 20 years of experience working with closely held businesses and their owners, providing tax, accounting and advisory services.

As a former CFO, Todd draws on his experience and advises business leaders on how to position the organization for significant growth, including strategies for international expansion when appropriate. He helps clients identify key performance indicators, implement operational best practices, and develop strategies to achieve sustainable results.

Todd’s expertise includes working with clients to help them develop and operate financial systems, track and manage cash flow, work with lending institutions and develop tax strategies which maximize the net profit to owners. Todd understands the challenges of business owners — his perspectives are informed by his experiences as a business owner, a CPA and a CFO.

Todd’s clients span a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on dental and medical practices and U.S. operations of non-U.S. companies. He has led global finance teams at different stages of growth. Todd has helped organizations plan and execute global expansion into the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and India and has worked with companies located throughout Europe, Asia and South America.
