 atory insight. Panelists will provide an overview of recent and pending tax
  developments impacting tax-exempt entities at both the federal and state l
 evels. Topics include updates from the Treasury\, the IRS Priority Guidance
  Plan\, emerging tax issues\, and a review of recent IRS rulings and tax co
