Why is PKF O’Connor Davies changing client portals?

We are upgrading to a new portal built on Microsoft 365 to provide enhanced security, improved performance, and a more user-friendly experience, including mobile access.

When will the current iChannel portal be retired?

The existing iChannel portal is no longer be accessible after January 16, 2026.

Will my documents transfer to the new portal automatically?

No. Documents stored in the current iChannel portal will not be moved to the new portal. If you need copies for your records, please download them before January 16, 2026, or reach out to your engagement team for assistance.

What if I need to send or receive documents during the transition?

During the transition period, secure file-sharing options will remain available to ensure uninterrupted communication with PKF O’Connor Davies. Your engagement team will provide the appropriate secure upload method as needed.

When will the new portal be available?

We will begin onboarding clients to the new portal starting January 20, 2026.

How will I receive access to the new portal?

Clients will be set up in the portal as needed. Once your access is created, you will receive an email with login instructions and a guide to using the new system.

Do I need to take any action now?

Yes—please download any documents you may need from iChannel before January 16, 2026. No additional action is required until you receive onboarding instructions for the new portal.

What new features does the portal offer?

The upgraded portal includes: • A secure Microsoft 365 foundation • Enhanced performance and reliability • Mobile access on smartphones and tablets • Streamlined document exchange and communication tools

Will my login credentials change?

Yes. You will receive new login credentials or an invitation to authenticate through Microsoft 365 when your account is created.

Is the new portal secure?

Yes. It leverages Microsoft 365’s advanced security features, including encryption, multifactor authentication (MFA), and continuous monitoring.
