Armilee is a Senior Manager for our Independent Schools practice at our Cranford, New Jersey office. She is grateful to share her expertise with clients and provide them with exceptional service. She recalls being one of the lucky five to be hired as a Senior Auditor from the Philippines in 2008.
Armilee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPAs and the Association of Filipino-American Accountants. She is also the Board Director of One UPV Foundation, Inc. whose mission is to give back to their alma mater and society by raising funds to provide scholarships and financial support to underprivileged students. Armilee is passionate about giving back to her community and never wants to lose sight of where she has come from no matter where life takes her.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Armilee came to the United States in 2008 with only two suitcases and a dream. To keep her heritage alive, she stays connected to her family and friends and values close family ties. Armilee participates in various Filipino cultural events such as the Philippine Independence Day Parade. She is extremely proud of her culture and wants others to know that even in times of misfortunes, Filipinos are resilient and rise above many challenges.
Outside of work, Armilee has a love for the performing arts. She is a fan of musical theater and is looking forward to New York City’s Broadway week. She listens to a variety of musical genres and is excited to attend a BTS concert! This summer, Armilee is excited to put her mountain bike to use and ride through some of the most beautiful trails.
