PKF O’Connor Davies Relocates New York City Office
New location to offer employees and clients increased opportunities for collaboration and connection in the heart of Midtown Manhattan
PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax, and advisory firms, is excited to announce the new location of its New York City office, opening at 245 Park Avenue. The offices formerly of Bonamassa, Maietta & Cartelli, LLP, who joined the Firm in January 2021, will also be relocated to this new location. Situated only a few blocks from Grand Central terminal, the office at 245 Park Avenue features open, centralized, and flexible workspaces. The new location is intended to increase levels of collaboration and connection among employees and clients and amplify the Firm’s industry-leading workplace evolutions, including flexible scheduling and enhanced communication tools.

In addition to open workspaces, the Firm’s new location is set to provide added benefits to employees and clients alike. A hoteling policy, whereby employees reserve a workstation via an online system as opposed to receiving an assigned desk, will be implemented. Thirteen conference rooms of various sizes, which will be outfitted with video conferencing capabilities, will allow team members to leverage the latest workplace technology and retain a greater connection to clients.
