Lauren A. Reale

Lauren A. Reale has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting specializing in audit and tax consulting. She serves a diverse client base with a focus on not-for-profit organizations and has experience working across a range of engagement types and organizational structures.

Lauren works with a variety of not-for-profit organizations, including private foundations and public charities. She leads the planning and execution of audit engagements, designs audit approaches and oversees staff throughout the engagement process, including the preparation and review of financial reports. She maintains her professional knowledge by keeping current on accounting and tax pronouncements.

Most recently, Lauren was named one of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants’ 2026 Emerging Leaders, recognizing professionals who make an impact on the accounting profession and the organization.
