Jeff Goldman has more than a decade of professional experience, specializing in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, vendor assistance and business plan reviews for mergers and acquisitions. With eight years in transaction advisory services, Jeff provides strategic insights that help corporate sponsors, private equity investors and corporations assess investment potential and optimize transaction outcomes.
Jeff has successfully led more than 50 buy and sell-side due diligence engagements, with deal values ranging from $5 million to $1 billion.
