Michelle Goyke has nearly 10 years of experience in marketing and communications. She leads the organization’s client experience (CX) initiative, focused on prioritizing client needs, increasing client adoption and net retention. Her commitment to enhancing client satisfaction is exemplified through the launch of the organization’s inaugural Client Experience Survey in 2019, establishment of training and tools and continuation of the survey annually.
She also leads the organization’s public relations efforts, including managing press releases, interviews and strategic media opportunities as well as submissions related to industry lists and rankings.
Michelle is dedicated to identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and leveraging advanced AI tools to help further strengthen, streamline and automate various marketing workflows and processes.
