Arthur Spina has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background spans across both public and private accounting. Arthur works with a range of clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, co-investment vehicles and management companies.

Arthur uses a hands-on approach to assist clients with various accounting services, including waterfall calculations, performance and management fee calculations, NAV calculations, capital calls and distributions and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Arthur began his career with a Big Four accounting firm before moving into the alternative investment industry, where he gained experience at the management company, fund and administrative levels. His experience has given him insight into business operations and practices that he applies in his work with PKF O’Connor Davies, focusing on fund administration and outsourced CFO services.
