Kevra Esposito has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. She oversees the organization’s experienced hire recruiting initiatives. Kevra works closely with leadership to attract, hire and retain professionals across various practices and geographies, positioning recruiting efforts in line with the organization’s culture and growth objectives.
Kevra applies her expertise in candidate sourcing and relationship management to strengthen the recruitment process and identify opportunities for improvement across the employee lifecycle. She collaborates with internal teams to align workforce planning with evolving business needs.
Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Kevra held human resources leadership roles at mid-sized regional CPA firms, where she managed a wide range of functions including talent acquisition, campus recruitment, resource management, onboarding, compensation, performance and compliance management, policies and HR reporting and retention strategies.
