Jason Geisler has more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance, planning and advisory services to clients across a range of industries, including private equity, real estate and closely held businesses.
Jason delivers year-round tax planning and support for high-net-worth individuals and has extensive experience in tax structuring, including buy-side and sell-side transactions.
He assists clients with a wide variety of tax compliance matters involving federal, state and local taxing authorities. His experience also includes providing domestic and international tax planning, support and advisory insight related to complex and evolving tax requirements.
