Matthew Woodruff has more than 12 years of public accounting experience specializing in accounting, auditing and advisory services for privately held businesses. He primarily serves clients in the construction, manufacturing and professional services industries.
Matthew has led audit and assurance engagements for privately held companies ranging from emerging businesses to organizations with hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue. He has experience managing complex engagements and advising clients on financial reporting and accounting matters throughout various stages of growth.
Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Matthew worked in the audit practices of multiple top 10 public accounting firms, where he also gained experience in transaction advisory and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His background in both assurance and transaction advisory provides him with a broad perspective on the financial and operational considerations organizations encounter.
