PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, today announced that Zebulun Egbert has joined the organization as Managing Director within its Business Development team. He is based out of the organization’s Boston office.
Egbert brings more than 20 years of sales, strategy and operations leadership across the technology-enabled business services, professional services and management consulting sectors. Throughout his career, he has advised private equity sponsors and portfolio company C-suite teams, aligning executive talent and organizational resources to drive growth.

Egbert’s appointment reflects PKF O’Connor Davies’ ongoing investment in business development initiatives as the organization continues to expand its presence and strengthen relationships with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the Northeast.
Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Egbert served as Vice President of Growth at an artificial intelligence technology startup, where he led commercial go-to-market strategy. Prior to that role, he served as Senior Vice President, Private Equity Services at a management consulting firm, where he partnered with firm leadership to design and execute a private-equity-focused go-to-market strategy. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Business Development for the National Private Equity Team at a national accounting, tax and advisory firm and spent more than a decade at a national executive services and interim leadership firm, where he most recently served as Managing Partner for the New England region.
Egbert earned a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Entrepreneurship, both from the University of Toledo.
