Brett Settles

Brett Settles is the Director of Learning and Development at the organization and is also the founder of TalentConnect which offers full-cycle recruiting services.

He oversees recruiting and leads a comprehensive range of HR services for the Firm which has nine offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Maryland, and more than 700 professionals, including over 100 partners. Brett directs and manages the organization’s experienced and campus recruiting processes which bring in over 200 employees each year.

Additionally, Brett manages a wide range of areas of the organization’s human resources operations, including:

• On-Boarding and orientation
• Employee Relations
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Employment law compliance
• Compensation Administration
• Policy development and implementation

Brett has been with the organization since 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in the areas of recruiting and administration.
