Edward Lentini has more than seven years of experience in public accounting. He provides audit and financial services to a variety of clients including hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, offshore funds, introducing brokers, broker-dealers, investment management companies, master-feeder structures, registered investments advisors and large endowment funds. He also works with cemetery and not-for-profit entities.
Edward designs audit approaches and manages the completion of multiple audit engagements. His work includes maintaining engagement budgets, collaborating with audit team members and communicating with financial officers, controllers and key client personnel to support audit objectives.
Edward also has experience performing surprise custody examinations pursuant to Rule 206(4)-2 of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 for registered investment advisor clients.
