Galite Kuker has more than 30 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, including more than 11 years at a Big Four firm. She manages a diversified client portfolio, assisting with tax compliance and tax planning strategies and advising on a broad range of federal, state and international tax matters.

She has provided tax consulting services in sale and acquisition settings, including areas related to corporate due diligence. Her practice includes work with high-net-worth individuals, estate and trust matters.

She has extensive experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, including assistance with tax examinations and related matters. Galite also works with multinational corporations, where her fluency in Hebrew has been beneficial.
