George is a Partner in the Business Advisory group at DGC, a division of PKF O’Connor Davies, focusing on transaction advisory services. He has over 30 years of experience providing tax and business advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, business services, consumer and industrial products, healthcare and technology (including software, medical devices and life sciences). He has worked with many international clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions support.

George was previously the National Partner-in-Charge of an international firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice (financial due diligence) and Corporate Finance practice (investment banking on middle market transactions, buy-side and sell-side). He has been involved with over 200 transactions with cumulative value of over $1.5 billion. George’s corporate finance transactions include buyouts between family ownership groups.

George provides financial due diligence (“quality of earnings”), mergers and acquisitions tax structuring, buy/sell transaction support and post-acquisition integration services. George also specializes in coordinating audit/tax services with issues related to private equity/venture owned clients.
