Gianna Macari has nearly 25 years of experience in public accounting and serves in the organization’s Private Foundations group. She works with clients on tax related engagements, focusing primarily on private foundations and other exempt organizations.
Her work includes advising on compliance matters, regulatory reporting and tax considerations specific to exempt entities. She has extensive experience with filing requirements and reporting processes and her background encompasses a broad range of issues affecting private foundations and similar organizations.
Gianna is a contributor to the organization’s monthly Private Foundations Thought Leadership bulletins.
