Gina Citrola serves in the organization’s Business Solutions Group and has over 20 years of experience in public accounting with expertise in attest and assurance services. Gina’s clients include commercial businesses, real estate portfolios and not-for-profit organizations.
She holds knowledge of the real estate industry and has overseen audits of various types of properties, including residential and commercial rentals, co-ops and condominiums. In addition, Gina has worked extensively in the affordable housing industry, with a focus on properties assisted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Gina currently utilizes her broad background to provide fractional controller and CFO services that oversee all aspects of a client’s accounting department. She consults on U.S. GAAP adoption, internal control structures, regulatory compliance, tax administration, financial management and long-term strategic planning.
