Kerri Rawcliffe has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, with a specialized focus on the private club industry. Her experience spans tax, audit and advisory services for private clubs and other organizations navigating complex financial, tax and operational matters.
Kerri began her career in the tax group of a private company before joining PKF O’Connor Davies’ audit team, where she worked on commercial and private club engagements. She later transitioned to tax, bringing a practical and well-rounded perspective to each client relationship.
Kerri has developed expertise in individual taxation, not-for-profit organizations, closely held businesses and tax-exempt entities. She is a frequent speaker at private club industry conferences and is an active member of the organization’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN).
