Kerry Smith has more than 10 years of public accounting experience and is a member of the organization’s Financial Services Group. Kerry specializes in providing tax services for private equity funds, hedge funds and other financial service clients.
Kerry manages client engagements and provides tax compliance expertise for investment entities, general partnerships and international companies. In addition to tax compliance, she also oversees tax planning, structuring and analysis for PKF O’Connor Davies’ investment partnership clients.
Beyond her client responsibilities, Kerry serves as the Tax Lead for the organization’s Digital Transformation Committee, where she helps assess and prioritize tax technology needs, supports training and tool adoption and monitors digital transformation initiatives. She also serves as the New York City office advocate for the organization’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and is a regular instructor for in-house continuing professional education programs.
