Leah Cooke has more than 25 years of experience in human resources management. She serves as a liaison to advisory leadership and management teams, providing guidance on human capital strategies, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
Leah has driven organizational success both within the United States and internationally through her expertise in human resources, talent management, benefits administration and employee relations.
Prior to joining the organization, she held HR roles within the legal industry, public accounting, financial research and a pre-IPO technology startup supporting employee populations ranging from 30 to 1,000.
Leah is active within the organization as a champion of the PKF O’Connor Davies African American Employee Resource Group.
