Maria Zullo has nearly 30 years of experience and specializes in the valuation of business entities, ownership interests and intangible assets for litigation support, including divorce matters and dissolution of assets, gift and estate tax planning and financial reporting purposes.
She has more than 16 years of experience in computing damages in complex commercial disputes, including intellectual property disputes, breach of contract matters, minority shareholder disputes and post-acquisition disputes. Her experience in intellectual property dispute matters involves computing and rebutting damages resulting from unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets and infringement of patents, copyrights and trade dress.
Before joining the organization, Maria worked for a business consulting and global management advisory firm as a Director of the Litigation & Finance Consulting practice. She also has experience at “Big Four” firms as Senior Manager of Investigative & Dispute Services and as a Consultant for Forensic & Litigation Services. In addition, she owned and operated a dance school for 12 years that had 550 students, 14 employees and included a dance retail supply store
