Maria T. Zullo

Maria Zullo has more than 30 years of combined entrepreneurial and financial services experience and serves in the organization’s Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Practice. She provides clients with a practical business perspective informed by deep financial expertise.

Maria specializes in the valuation of businesses, ownership interests and intangible assets for financial reporting, tax, business planning and litigation purposes. Her litigation support experience includes the calculation and rebuttal of financial damages in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder oppression, post-acquisition, intellectual property and divorce matters involving business and equity interest valuations. She also has experience conducting forensic investigations involving fund tracing in marital dissolutions, employee misconduct and alleged fraud.

Before returning to financial services, Maria owned and operated a Massachusetts dance school and retail business for 12 years. She grew the business from a single studio into one of the area’s largest dance schools, gaining firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges faced by closely held businesses and their owners.

A native Italian speaker, Maria also studied German at the Goethe-Institut in Prien am Chiemsee, Germany.
