Michael A. DeHaven

Michael DeHaven has more than 30 years of experience providing accounting, audit and attestation, tax and business advisory services. Mike serves in the Real Estate practice, working closely with real estate owners, developers, investors, management companies and hospitality-related businesses. His experience includes advising clients on financial reporting, tax planning and operational efficiencies.

Mike has assisted clients across a diverse range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, transportation, professional service firms, employee benefit plans and not-for-profit organizations. This broad industry experience enables him to provide practical, business-focused solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Michael was a shareholder in a regional accounting firm, where he served as Chair of the Retirement Plan Audit Division. Additionally, Michael was a key member of the firm’s Business Consulting Division contributing to engagements such as mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations and evaluations of financial and operational control procedures.
