Michael D. Cesaro has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audits of county and municipal governments, school districts, not-for-profit organizations and federal and state financial assistance programs. His professional experience encompasses accounting, auditing, budgeting and financial advisory services for governmental and not-for-profit entities, including municipalities, school districts, authorities and charitable organizations. He assists clients with financial reporting, internal controls, budget management and regulatory compliance.

He also has significant expertise conducting audits under the Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance, including evaluating federal grant compliance, internal control structures and financial management practices.
