Michael Hayes is the Chief Revenue Officer and has nearly 30 years of experience, including more than 15 years at two of the “Big Four” accounting firms. Mike specializes in asset management and asset allocation, having vast experience serving financial services and endowment clients.

Throughout his career, he has gained diverse industry exposure to the private equity, venture capital, credit, fund of funds, endowment portfolio, higher education and pension segments. In addition, he has experience across asset management, capital markets, fin-tech, ESG, deal diligence, operational improvement, private foundations, college and universities and other cultural institutions.

As the organization’s Financial Services Leader, Mike is poised to provide the marketplace a truly differentiated delivery of key consulting, assurance and tax services scaled to asset managers and asset allocators of all sizes.

Mike has served on numerous tax-exempt boards and is an active member of his community.
