Peter Garrambone brings more than 10 years of experience as a corporate finance and M&A professional. Throughout his career, he has executed complex M&A transactions and strategic investments for global consulting and advisory firms, including ZS Associates and AlixPartners.

Peter focuses on all aspects of the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including sourcing, deal origination, valuation and structuring, due diligence, contract finalization and integration planning. He works directly with senior leadership on growth strategy and capital deployment across a range of markets and models. His work reflects a disciplined approach to analysis, risk management and alignment with long-term objectives.

Peter guides strategic expansion efforts, identifies high-value growth opportunities and supports integration of new firms into the organization. He collaborates with leadership to align acquisitions with the organization’s targeted capabilities, culture and client service approach.
