Preeti Naik has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and employee relations and is the director of human resources at PKF O’ Connor Davies’ India office. She leads comprehensive HR operations, talent strategies and organizational development initiatives.

Throughout her career, Preeti has been recognized for her commitment to HR excellence and innovation, leading initiatives that have enhanced employee engagement, streamlined HR processes and contributed to the overall organizational success.

In her current role, Preeti oversees and manages key HR functions, including employee relations, talent management and acquisition, performance management, benefits and compensation planning, policy development and implementation, compliance and risk management, organizational development and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.

Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Preeti held senior HR positions in leading firms in the accounting and legal sectors, where she helped drive organizational change and supported employee development.

As a certified success coach and mentor, Preeti is passionate about guiding professionals to reach their full potential. Her work earned her the 2023 HR Leadership Excellence Award from Gain Skills – Mumbai Chapter. Additionally, she has been acknowledged as a LinkedIn Top Voice in HR Consulting & Executive Coaching, reflecting her thought leadership and influence in the HR community.

Preeti’s strategic approach and dedication to continuous improvement have significantly contributed to organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Preeti is an active member of several professional HR associations in India. She continues to be a thought leader in advancing best practices in human resources.
