Ryan Coolahan

Ryan Coolahan has more than eight years of experience in public accounting, specializing in the not-for-profit sector. He works closely with management to anticipate accounting and auditing issues, monitor engagement progress, issue reports and provide meaningful recommendations to improve operations.

He has extensive experience auditing a wide range of not-for-profit organizations, including performing arts organizations, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), social services agencies, research institutes, private foundations, pension plans and health and welfare organizations. Ryan is experienced in conducting financial statement audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) and Government Auditing Standards (GAS) and has worked on examinations of adult care facility annual financial reports.

Ryan is responsible for supervising audit team members on-site and coordinating engagements throughout the audit process. He supports communication between teams and helps maintain consistency in approach and execution.
