Scott P. Barron has nearly 30 years of experience in governmental accounting and auditing, serving public-sector and not-for-profit organizations, including county and municipal governments, school districts and entities administering federal and state financial assistance programs. 

Throughout his career, Scott has worked on accounting and auditing engagements involving complex compliance and reporting requirements, including those subject to the Single Audit Act. His experience includes work with organizations operating under multiple funding sources and regulatory frameworks.

Scott has developed and delivered continuing professional education programs focused on municipal and school district accounting and auditing. He also contributes to quality control and audit efficiency initiatives within governmental services practices.
