Shani M. Diaz has more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to privately held entities across a range of industries. Her work includes managing entity structures involving multistate corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations and individual clients.

Throughout her career, Shani has worked on tax compliance and consulting engagements for private companies. Her background includes extensive experience in private company services at a national accounting firm, as well as prior service as an accounting supervisor in an industry setting, where she gained experience in financial oversight and operational processes.

Shani brings a structured and analytical approach to her work, informed by experience in both public accounting and industry environments. She has a strong technical foundation and familiarity with complex tax matters affecting privately held businesses.
