Shilpa Bhandarkar has more than 25 years of professional client service experience, including many years at a Big Four firm in its India, Middle East and U.S. practices. Her experience spans across audit, business solutions and advisory services with the last 20-plus years dedicated to transaction services.

Shilpa specializes in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence reviews, vendor assistance and business plan reviews in the context of mergers and acquisitions, serving financial, strategic and private equity investors.

She has end-to-end project delivery experience, diverse industry exposure and a strong knowledge of technical accounting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). She has a comprehensive understanding of key deal value drivers in addition to strong project, team and client management skills.

Throughout her career, Shilpa has led more than 200 domestic and cross-border transactions, with values ranging from $100 million to $35 billion. She also has significant experience reviewing sale, purchase and merger agreements from a financial perspective.
