Shilpa Bhandarkar has over 25 years of professional client service experience having spent many of those years at a “Big Four” firm in its Indian, Middle Eastern and U.S. practices. Her experience spans across Audit, Business Solutions and Advisory services with the last 20 years dedicated to Transaction Services.

Shilpa specializes in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence reviews, vendor assistance and reviews of business plans in the context of mergers and acquisitions, serving financial, strategic and private equity investors. She has end-to-end project delivery experience, diverse industry exposure and a strong knowledge of technical accounting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). She has a comprehensive understanding of key deal value drivers in addition to strong project, team and client management skills.

During her career, Shilpa has led over 125 domestic and cross-border transactions of deal value up to $35 billion. She also has significant experience reviewing sale and purchase or merger agreements from a financial perspective.
