Tyler Rothstein

Tyler Rothstein has more than six years of financial advisory experience serving public and privately held companies, as well as three years of financial audit experience. 

Tyler has significant experience managing and performing litigation support and forensic accounting engagements for a range of clients. His work includes matters involving complex accounting, fraud and forensic investigations, business valuations, business interruption, breach of contract, economic damages and lost profits. He also assists legal counsel in analyzing accounting, financial and valuation issues related to shareholder and contract disputes and other litigation matters. 

In addition, Tyler has provided investigative accounting services to both publicly and privately held companies across the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. His industry experience includes construction, health care, financial services, private equity, real estate, professional services, technology and manufacturing.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Tyler performed audits for clients across several industries including technology, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.
