Winnie specializes in multinational consolidations, primarily for privately held companies, with a focus on the technology, startup and healthcare industries. She also has extensive experience in managing cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Winnie began her career working at regional accounting firm, where she provided tax and accounting services and helped streamline accounting processes for small and medium-sizes businesses.

Winnie is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
