Keith Hartigan has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance and technology management in both the private and public sectors. He assists clients in the education, financial services and insurance markets, as well as defense contractors and municipalities. His work has supported compliance efforts related to cybersecurity and data privacy requirements, including SEC Regulation S-P and Regulation S-C, GDPR, DORA, NYDFS Part 500 and the U.S. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. 

Keith works with clients to design and implement programs for cybersecurity governance, incident response, vulnerability management and configuration management. He provides services to financial institutions, regulators, private equity firms, branches of the U.S. military, federal agencies and contractors, media companies and professional service firms.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Keith led vulnerability assessment and management teams within the U.S. Department of Defense and oversaw security assessments, vendor management and change control at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He was a member of federal cybersecurity incident response teams and participated in third-party and vendor risk management engagements with global regulators.
