PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, today announced that Kevin Gehrmann, CPA, has joined the organization as a Partner within its Commercial Tax practice. He is based in the organization’s Woodcliff Lake office.
Gehrmann brings nearly 20 years of public accounting and corporate tax experience, with deep expertise in federal, state and international tax planning and compliance, as well as tax provision preparation. Throughout his career, he has advised Fortune 500 multinational corporations and privately held businesses on complex tax matters, including tax consulting, transfer pricing and research and development tax.

Gehrmann’s appointment reflects PKF O’Connor Davies’ ongoing commitment to expanding its Commercial Tax capabilities and delivering sophisticated, integrated tax services to clients across a broad range of industries.
Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Gehrmann served as Tax Partner at a regional accounting firm, where he led tax department operations and technology initiatives, including tax automation and artificial intelligence. He previously worked at two “Big Four” accounting firms, advising corporations and pass-through entities on federal, state and international tax matters and leading global tax engagements for Fortune 500 companies. His experience also includes an in-house role as Tax Manager at a multinational corporation.
Gehrmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New Jersey.
