Christopher Migliaccio Joins PKF O’Connor Davies as Senior Manager
International tax expert focused on cross-border transactions, restructurings, and compliance will work in the Firm’s New York City office
PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax, and advisory firms, announced today it has hired Christopher Migliaccio to serve as a Senior Manager in its New York City office. Migliaccio is a dedicated tax specialist and thought leader in the world of international tax law. His hire reflects the Firm’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its robust international tax advisory services and capabilities.
“Chris is a recognized author, podcaster, and speaker on a wide variety of international tax topics, and his knowledge and experience will be a tremendous asset to our Firm,” said Kevin J. Migliaccio specializes in a variety of international tax matters including cross-border transactions, business restructurings, and complex compliance issues for multinational corporations, partnerships, private equity funds, and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked in two of the Big 4 accounting firms’ international tax departments. He is a frequent contributor to a variety of industry publications, including Law360. He is the co-author of treatise-length discussions on the Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT), Passive Foreign Investment Companies (PFICs), and Inversions. He is the host of the World of Tax podcast for Thomson Reuters, on which he interviews guests on important topics in the tax community.

Migliaccio graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors for Hour Children, a nonprofit providing services to incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women in New York State.
