PKF O’Connor Davies Hires Elizabeth Gousse Ballotte as Principal

Noted consultancy professional to enhance Firm’s Advisory and Private Foundations practices

PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax, and advisory firms, announced today that it has hired Elizabeth Gousse Ballotte to serve as Principal. Ballotte, a trusted advisor with over 15 years of operational and organizational consulting and management experience, will lend her expertise to both the Firm’s Advisory and Private Foundations practices. Ballotte’s hiring reflects an ongoing effort by the Firm to expand its Advisory and management consultancy offerings and deepen its ability to help clients strategically navigate periods of change and opportunity for their businesses.

Over the course of an accomplished career, Ballotte has mastered several general management consultancy specialties, including developing and performing grant compliance reviews, due diligence reviews, internal control reviews, M&A implementations, and operational assessments. Her various consulting engagements have allowed her to amass a wealth of experience in federal grant compliance and management, benefits analysis, financial analysis, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Ballotte has been called upon to share her industry insights and expertise on a number of occasions. In addition to published articles in The NonProfit Times and NonProfit PRO, she has participated in leadership roles on executive forums, workshops, and symposiums. Ballotte has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of Rhode Island. A member of the Sigma Xi Honor Society, she also serves as Board Development Chair for Meals on Wheels.

PKF O’Connor Davies has 14 offices in six states and continues to expand through organic growth and acquisitions on the East Coast. It has supported this growth with a strategic combination of promoting from within coupled with tactical external hires.
