PKF O’Connor Davies Named a 2022 NJBIZ Best Places to Work Honoree
Annual awards program once again recognizes Firm as one of New Jersey’s premier employers
PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory firms, is proud to announce that it has once again been named one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in New Jersey by NJBIZ. The Firm has repeatedly been named to this annual compilation of New Jersey’s top employers as its industry-leading culture and work environment continue to be lauded by its global team of over 1,400 professionals.
“Over the past few years, we’ve remained hyper-focused on supporting the evolving needs of our employees, and this recognition is another validation of our efforts,” said Kevin J. In April, the Firm announced updates to its “Schedule Your Work Week Policy,” which remains one of the most flexible hybrid-work programs in the industry. Employees are encouraged to decide for themselves where and how they work while balancing client needs and collaboration opportunities. Depending upon team members’ specific client and project responsibilities, fully in-person, hybrid and fully remote arrangements continue to be made available. In addition, the Firm recently launched its “2022 Summer Schedule Pilot Program.” Team members are permitted to work four days a week during the summer months, provided they meet their productivity and hours-worked requirements each week.

NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work is an annual compilation of the top small (15-49 employees), medium (50-249 employees), and large (more than 250 employees) workplaces in the Garden State. Honorees are determined through employee participation in Best Companies Group’s annual Best Places to Work survey, which allows for the confidential collection of data and feedback from employees about their employers. A ranking of the honorees will be revealed during the 2022 NJBIZ Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony on September 29, 2022.
