PKF O’Connor Davies Wins ClearlyRated’s 2023 Best of Accounting Award

Fewer than 1% of all accounting firms in the U.S. achieve the Best of Accounting Award for client satisfaction

PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, is proud to announce that it has won ClearlyRated’s 2023 Best of Accounting Award. Based on the results of PKF O’Connor Davies’ most recent client survey, the award recognizes the organization’s industry-leading service and client satisfaction. In qualifying for the award, PKF O’Connor Davies obtained a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84.5%, significantly higher than the average NPS of 39% achieved by the accounting industry in 2022. NPS is a widely recognized measurement of client satisfaction assessing how likely clients are to recommend the organization to a friend or colleague.

This year, PKF O’Connor Davies received an overall client rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars, and 99% of clients who completed the survey expressed satisfaction with their service teams. Specifically, clients praised PKF O’Connor Davies for its proactivity, sound advice, superior thought leadership, thorough understanding of needs and responsiveness.

The award program provides statistically valid and objective service quality benchmarks for the accounting industry, revealing which firms deliver the highest quality client and employee experience.
