Andrew Hodulik is a Partner of Hodulik & Morrison, P.A. a division of PKF O’Connor Davies, with over 30 years of accounting and auditing experience. Andy specializes in the audits of both large and small municipal clients including one of the largest school districts in the State of New Jersey. In addition, he conducts the audits for counties, regional authorities and improvement authorities, as well as various other school districts, hospitals, financial institutions and commercial clients.
Andy has experience providing financial advisory services to the firm’s municipal clients and representing clients at the Local Finance Board. He has also served has an expert witness in successful litigation related to construction project activity and has provided management and consulting services relating to the feasibility of and the financing alternatives for the construction of a multipurpose arena in Middlesex County.
Andy has taken an active role in the development of the accounting profession through his involvement in the New Jersey Society of CPA’s. He has served on the Legislation Committee of the NJSCPA, and as Chairman of this Committee for the Middlesex/Somerset Chapter. He has also served his local chapter both as a member of the Board of Directors, as an officer, and as President in 1998.
In addition to his audit work, Andy has served as a co-adjutant instructor for required municipal finance officer training courses offered by the Rutgers University Extension Division.
