Michael F. Ganino has nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting. He is responsible for providing audit and advisory services as well as tax minimization strategies to individuals, multi and single state and international businesses. 

Mike has a broad background in compliance and auditing procedures related to the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as Connecticut Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). His background also includes corporate, partnership and individual income tax planning and preparation.

His in-depth knowledge includes designing and evaluating internal controls and balancing them with the practical needs of entrepreneurial organizations. He services clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, public utilities and health care, as well as software development, not-for-profit organizations and service providers.
