Daniel Graham has nearly 10 years of experience providing transaction advisory services within the organization’s Business Advisory group. He guides clients through the full transaction life cycle, from financial due diligence to post-closing settlements.
Throughout his career, Daniel has worked on middle-market, cross-border transactions across a range of industries, including engineering, architecture, construction, health care and technology.
He provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, transaction support, purchase agreement review and post-acquisition integration services. Combining technical expertise with a strong client-service focus, Daniel helps clients evaluate opportunities and drive value creation throughout the transaction process.
