Maryann Holloway has more than 30 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to public-sector organizations, including municipalities, school districts, charter schools and fire districts. She serves clients subject to complex regulatory, compliance and reporting requirements and brings a deep understanding of governmental accounting standards to her work.
Maryann has managed numerous engagements involving public-sector entities and multiple funding sources. Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Maryann supervised staff in wire transfer operations for regional banking institutions, which provided her with a strong operational and internal controls perspective.
Maryann is actively involved in professional development, thought leadership and civic engagement. She has authored multiple publications on governmental accounting and fraud prevention and contributes to professional and community organizations that support education, governance and public service, serving in various leadership roles for nearly 25 years.
