Evan J. Palmer has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in the audits of county and municipal governments, school districts, fire districts and authorities.
His work focuses on governmental accounting and auditing engagements for public sector entities subject to the requirements of the Single Audit Act and other applicable regulatory and reporting standards.
In addition to performing audit services, Evan has assisted clients with arbitrage calculations and has spoken at continuing professional education programs focused on municipal accounting, auditing and budgeting.
