Harry P. Wills III has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation and business consulting. He advises closely held businesses and complex organizations on tax planning, compliance and strategic business matters.
Harry works with a broad client base that includes law firms, insurance agencies, construction and manufacturing companies, wholesalers and distributors, hotels and investment entities. He is frequently engaged on matters involving business structuring, growth planning and operational decision-making. His experience spans multiple industries and organizational models.
Most recently, Harry was named to the 2025 Forbes “America’s Top 200 CPAs” list. His professional accolades also include being honored in NJBIZ’s Accounting Power 50 in both 2024 and 2021, as well as being named an NJBIZ Leader in Finance in 2022. In addition, he has been recognized three times as a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow.
